Business Manager – Full Time

Up to £50,000 p.a.

In shaping the direction for the school’s future, the Senior Leadership Team are responsible for influencing the impact of education on children. We are looking for a key contributor to this long term strategy. Bringing commercial acumen and administrative skill, you will have a broad remit reaching across school operations, financial policy and management decisions. For this reason we are looking for someone with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the school, from the IT function to the kitchen, always giving consideration to financial management, school policy and impact on learning. You’ll be working with a committed team, in a fun and meaningful environment. We have a great deal to be proud of and believe that the right individual in this vital role can help us achieve even more.

You will have good business acumen and be confident and capable in handling budgets, projections and purchasing. You will have the ability to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire our high performing office team. Ideally you’ll have an understanding of the education sector.

PRE SCHOOL ROOM LEADER

Permanent position, either 37.5 hours or 40 hours per week dependant on candidate, Monday to Friday annual.

Up to £28,288 per annum and competitive benefits package.
