About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Estates and Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that the school's compliance with regulations, safety standards, and best practices are effectively managed. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting the Estates Manager and contributing to the smooth running of the school's estate operations.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of compliance requirements and experience in maintaining safety and legal standards in an educational or similar setting. You should be detail-oriented, have excellent organisational skills, and be capable of communicating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
