The Role:
We are seeking to appoint a proactive, organised, and efficient individual to join us as an HR Assistant. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and the wider Trust HR Team to ensure smooth operations across all areas of human resources at the school. From administering recruitment and onboarding processes to maintaining employee records as well as providing advice and guidance to staff regarding school policies and procedures.
